I've lost 3 1/2 pounds in my first week of counting calories and doing more exercise - well happy! I am eating around 1400 cals per day - writing down what I eat and making sure I have at least 5 fruit/veg a day. More exercise too. Ruth Jones lost a lot of weight this way - slowly and surely - and that's how I want to do it because I want it to come off and stay off. I feel very motivated and positive about this - good luck everyone who's also trying to lose weight as it's not easy, but we can do it! x
