Having tinned fruit on standby is always a good help for me
Apparently if you eat more protein your are less likely to snack!
Cereal bars, sugar free jelly, low fat yogurts, apples! My usual snacks! Rice cakes too!
hi and welcome my favourite healthy snacks are soft dried apricots, almonds, raisins. My fave unhealthy one is a tunnocks tea cake, yummy!
