My husband is a keen runner and my two boys have started to attend running club, so tonight I thought I'd better join in. I dusted off my trainers and went for my first run in many months. Hard going but feel better for it! Think I need to set myself a target of taking part in a race as motivation!

Cool - go girl. I now run three times a week and feel much better for it. There are loads of different runs around - I am thinking of tackling a 10k sometime over the next few months- as you say it is good to have a goal
