well today I start my v2 12 week plan and my starting weight is 187.6lbs which is a 2 gain on what I finished up last week on but I did have a rather busy weekend
will make sure and take my measurements tonight and see what the next 12 weeks brings

right so v2 week 2 and im doing not too bad, last week which was TOTM i thought id be really bad but tbh i was but not in the way i thought, i did have the odd chocolate bar but I actually lost my appetite and struggled to hit 1000cal most days, so i didnt feel the slightest bit guilty on tuesday when i had a kfc and a mcdonalds on same day admitedly both chicken no rolls or fries but it was a treat oh and 3 fresh cream chocolate eclairs but still managed a weight loss for the week and even a weight loss wed morning from tuesdays weight
was back on it yesterday and am continuing to do well in my progress, im not getting too obsessed with it all and enjoying myself but yet my friends think im obsessed with my weight loss that 2ill be why they are struggling to lose as much as me i guess and i havent even exercised yet !!!
current weight 184lbs so thats 3.6lbs in two weeks
