Hi Angel

Try blood group diet, it is tailored. For your bodies needs!

You will feel the difference within a week and it is easy to follow and doesn't feel like a diet! It is just a life style change.

I've lost 2st in 10wks and I have mobility problems.

Good luck! Take care and angel blessings

So you see there isn't a one diet fits all answer but best of all you have two tried and tested ones to try out and see which you get on with best :-) good luck and remember not to get anxious if weight loss is slow as long as main direction is downward.

Hi amnashah,

I would suggest you discuss with your GP how best to approach a weight loss programme as you have an underlying medical issue. That issue might have an effect upon your weight loss efforts or vice versa.

As fat storage, fat burning, appetite, satiation and various other things are regulated by hormones and your thyroid plays a major role in producing hormones and regulating the body's sensitivity to hormones, I really would suggest you seek specific advice relevant to your condition.

Good luck with your weight loss efforts.

Hi, sounds like you want to take charge of your health. Well done for posting. There is no quick fix, the change in life style need not be so drastic either. I recommend getting outside for a walk or run at least four times a week. Good luck.
