I have just gone through actual menopause and have had a number of symptoms creep into my life steadily over the past 10 odd years. To help manage them and minimise risk of CVD, Type 2 diabetes, osteoporosis, etc., I am going to embrace HRT and, fingers crossed, get a bit of 'me' back.I know there are many different levels and forms but I wondered what might be considered some of the better ones for those with PCOS?
