Anurysim and primary cns vasculitis

Hi I’ve been diagnosed with primary cns vasculitis 8 weeks ago, initially I had tia which resolved within 1 hr then mri showed tumour on left frontal lobe, I also had 3 focal seizures leading up to tumour removal operation 1 week after initial tia. Tumour removed successfully, mri post operation showed 4cm cerebral Aneurysm. I was put on high dose prednisolone and cyclomide. Follow up mri 1 month after operation shows anurysim is 5cm now. If anurysim shows more growth it will have to be coiled but I will also need to be off all medications, nervously waiting for next mri in 3 weeks. Nephrologist wants to keep treating vasculitis but if I ignore anurysim it could be fatal as well. Has anybody else experienced anurysim while on these medications.
