tinnitus on rapid head rotation

Does anyone else experience a sound/vibration when shaking their head quickly from side to side? What I hear is a vibration of frequency about E flat (about 610Hz)?

I have recently had an attempt at micro suction to remove ear wax and this has only started since then and I am wondering whether there is a connection.

I do but had no microsuction. Also mine is worse when laying down.
