Just got back from a holiday in Cyprus with some friends. Took my little walkman. Funnily enough I didnt notice MR T at all during the day . Only at night when its was so quiet , then I used my ipad on a talk program. Guess the solution is to permanently go on holiday.

I've been away for 3 days, not a holiday though just helping my son and daughter-in-law with decorating. On the way back I realised I hadn't noticed my tinnitus at all! Maybe it's the change of routine or focusing on something completely different.

Hi! You’ re right! There could be a medical explanation: you were completely relaxed on your holiday! No stress at all! 😀

Good health!
