These wristbands (which use EDMR principles I think as they vibrate 180 degrees out of phase )?really settle the nervous system and reduce stressI always feel better when switching them on and wearing them
There are 3 vibration intensities
There is a sleep model with a 30 minute timer .when wearing on the ankles in bed .
Touchpoint suggest wearing them on the ankles in bed
However in bed the vibrations resonate harshly through the bed
I have noticed that my tinnitus spikes ( may be coincidental) when wearing them in bed
Just wondering if the vibrations do in fact have an impact on tinnitus?
Just wondering if anyone else has used them
Thanks

I don’t know about the bands but beat box music that vibrates through the house when next door parties hard triggers pulsing tinnitus for me. Any loud doof or “suped” up cars does same if it’s prolonged. I’m still suffering two weeks later post neighbour’s party that lasted 7 hours!
