Our helpline is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, on 0800 018 0527.
You can also use our webchat service, available each week day during normal office hours. Visit our website, tinnitus.org.uk and look for the green speech bubble icon to start a chat with one of the team.
Our e-mail address is helpline@tinnitus.org.uk and we aim to reply within two working days.
Finally, we have a text service for your quick queries - it's available on 07537 416841 and we aim to respond within 24 hours.
