What do I ask my hearing therapist?

Have had T for about 2 years now and am seeing the hospital therapist every 6 months. I avoid loud music and noise and use earplugs if close to noise. I use sleep phones at night. I have been given hearing aids by the hospital that also generate brown noise. I use this if I am paying too mush attention to my T.

Any suggestions as to what I can ask for or help I can get?

Was wondering what the NHS has to offer that I have not been offered yet. Feels like they have exhausted the treatment on offer.

I was given a list of action points - book to read - jaw splint fitted etc. I will be reviewed in a year and if I am managing to wear the hearing aids all day she will add a background noise. The latter I am struggling with as they cause pain and used to lip reading - diagnosed two years ago with.congenital loss - hear 2/3 of frequencies of standard test. Research what services the department offers and see if there is anything they have not tried - some units offer white noise therapy with cbt
