Hi guys. I can't emphasise enough how the mind/brain interprets sensations and pain. Sound is a sensation. I have recovered and am mostly symptom free from a debilitating pain condition (I do take pain meds at times) I'm not cured, but I don't feel it. The condition is called IC. I have recovered and rarely hear the sound of my T. If I'm really stressed I'm aware of it very mildly. Mostly I do not hear it. MY MIND DOESN'T THINK THE SOUND IS IMPORTANT. It would take me too long to explain my recovery from a debilitating pain condition, but It was all based on the emotion of fear. ..Google this theory and I urge you to run with it! Controversial, but some people hold on to symptoms/illnesses for a reason xx
