Have you tried listening to calming sounds through the night? I get some relief from using apps like “Sounds Oasis” and “Chillax.” Chillax has a mix of free and pay for sounds but there are several free use sounds to listen to. Good luck!

I take Quetiapine to sleep at night.
I take kalms at night for sleep&a quick cold shower....it helps ,not all the time
