Have you tried listening to calming sounds through the night? I get some relief from using apps like “Sounds Oasis” and “Chillax.” Chillax has a mix of free and pay for sounds but there are several free use sounds to listen to. Good luck!

Hello and welcome to the British Tinnitus Association forum. Do feel free to ask any questions, I hope that you find this a helpful and supportive place to help you manage your tinnitus.

We have some resources that you might like to check out in addition to our home here:

tinnitus.org.uk

- we have information on getting a good night's sleep, as well as using sound on there, which many people find helpful at night.
