My Tinnitus started with a pain. If it disappears with some pain, I look forward to some pain :)

Good news for you. Enjoy!

Not enough info here. What has disappeared - your sharp pain in your left ear, or your T noises? If T noises then that’s great news and I’m happy for you. Did spoken word help you to relax and enjoy peaceful sleep most nights? I’m now looking forward to getting a sharp pain in my left ear soon!

My T noises have disappeared, its strange i keep expecting the ringing to start up again. finding the voice that relaxes you can take a while but i would recommend trying.
