I don't know how I have managed to drag my self to stay busy. I have gradually started my gym routine and going out with friends. I have noticed only twice after drilling session at gym it almost stoped. When it was quite I felt like my life is back to normal, I was different person and happy.But despite it being noisy I am feeling less depress now, I guess I'm learning to cope with it, no other choice. If your T have just started, I will strogely recommend to try stay calm, being anxious only make things worse. Take care all 🙏🏼

This is how habituation starts, little by little you notice it less. From experience I know that I still hear mine all the time, but it gets to the point where you’re really not bothered by it. Over my 35 year journey with t, I’ve had a few dark spells, but I always get through them, hard though it is. I always follow my same path. See GP, see hearing specialist, ENT and finally go back to my homeopath. Homeopathy isn’t for everybody, but I saw my first one over 30 years ago and I feel it helps me. This is not a recommendation tho as they’re very expensive, but for me it’s helpful. Maybe placebo effect, but who knows?
