I’m new to this site & am a Tinnitus sufferer for over 25 years! Anyone else’s advice or experience would be welcome

It all depends what has caused your tinnitus? However, I have written two articles on tinnitus, that covers treatment and coping methods. If you would like copies sent to you in PDF format. Please send me your email address by Private message. Please do not post it in the main forum.
