any thoughts on why ft4 levels are high and what needs done please

Assuming you are taking T4 these results show that you are taking a little too much and not converting well hence the low fT3 levels... worth asking for a referral to Endo and a trial of T3

Above range fT4 is not good for your health but then neither is low fT3 😕

hi I only take levothyroxine 200 a day

With your TSH at 3.6 it shows that your body would appreciate some more active hormone

Dr just says it’s normal within range that’s why I did test with medichecks too

I’m prescribed 800iu d3 due to a deficiency

I take garlic too. I’m on blood pressure pills too but

Are there any others I should check ?

Main players are folate, ferritin, B12 and Vit D 800iu is unlikely to be enough to get you up to 100 ish...grassrootshealth.net/projec...

selenium also helps with conversion, GPs only check TSH these days and don't really understand correct replacement
