Hi I was hoping someone could look at my test results which have come back normal from medichecks.
TSH 2.77 mIU/L (0.27-4.2)
Free T3 4.1 pmol/L (3.1-6.8)
Free Thyroxine 16.1 pmol/L (12-22)
Thyroglobulin antibodies 14.3 kIU/L (0-115)
Thyroid peroxidase antibodies 10.7 kIU/L (0-34)
My vitamins b12, folate and D were all optimal as I supplement them all. My ferritin is normal. I had very bad symptoms from b12 deficiency 3 years ago so now I do my own injections as gp won’t. I had suspected MS which was ruled out by MRI.
I am very sensitive to cold, my hair is thinning, I have gained weight and I’m constantly exhausted. I often have a swollen scalloped tongue and joint pains. I think I’m perimenopausal so it could be that.
Any help/comments appreciated thank you.

Yes I was hoping to get diagnosed. Early morning, only water, no Levothyroxine. GP always says my symptoms could be lots of things and only ever do TSH test.
B12 active >150 pmol/L (37.5-188)
Folate >45.4 nmol/L (>7)
D 100 nmol/L (50-250)
Ferritin 205 ug/L (30-207)
My ferritin was always low before I started b12, folate and vit D. I don’t supplement iron
