Entitlement to hospital blood test results?

I am aware that everyone is entitled to copies of blood test results from the GP.Does this entitlement apply to hospital blood tests? E.g. Endocrinologist

I have obtained blood test results from a hospital. From my experience you have to ring up and ask. If they have already sent details of your case to storage/archive it may take them some time, so the sooner you ask the better.

It may be different at other hospitals, so ask.

Yes. And if you can't get them directly, then you can do a SARS access request to get all of your test results (and anything else you've had done at hospital, including stays). I've just done that for a recent emergency surgery I had with 10 day stay.

Every hospital website should have a link on how to make a SARS request.
