Free T4 (fT4) 16.7 pmol/L (12 - 22) 47.0%

Low so likely your fT3 is too

What dose are you on and did you leave 24 hours after last dose before doing a pre 9am test?

No, you are under replaced and could do with an increase of 25mcg, looking to get your fT4 around 70%

I was on 100 but my heart would race and lots of palpitations so had to drop to 75 , would love to increase as I have no go in me at the min and feeling ill

This suggests that you aren't converting to fT3 very well, worth getting a full thyroid panel done to see what is going on

Ok will ask , few weeks back was told to drop to 50 or alternate each day 50 then 75 , so think my thyroid must fluctuate often

Looking back at your January results you were converting well but needed an increase...

Serum TSH level 0.18 mu/L [0.27 - 4.2]; Outside reference range

Serum free T4 level 18.4 pmol/L [12.0 - 22.0]

Serum free triiodothyronine level 5.0 pmol/L [3.1 - 6.8]

I'd suggest adding 12.5mcg to your current 75mcg and see how you go, an increase was suggested by Slowdragon in that post too
