My daughter is currently breast feeding. The baby can’t tolerate dairy so my daughter, who is already vegetarian has had to cut out dairy. So she’s now vegan. I asked her if she’s supplementing b12 and she said she’s been advised to take this multi supplement. Looking at it it includes an impressive array of things but everything looks to be on the low dose side.
I know quite a few people here are dairy free so May be able to comment.

Useless multi, as always. Contains iron so that will block the absorption of all the vitamins. Contains calcium, so that will bind with the iron and you won't be able to absorb either of those, either.
Is she hypo? If so, she shouldn't be taking iodine. In fact, I'd go as far as to say she shouldn't be taking it anyway without getting it tested first to see if she needs it.
The manufacturers hook you in by calling it what you want to hear - breast feeding? This supplement is for you! Going through the menopause? This supplement is for you! Etc. But, when you look at the ingredients, they're all pretty much the same. And useless. She'd be far better off asking her doctor to test her basic nutrients: vit D, vit B12, folate and ferritin, and supplementing accordingly. Yes, she will be low on B12, which is a horrible thing to be. But, she needs the right type of B12. Same goes for folate, and magnesium. Etc.
