Never heard of them but just had a quick look at their B Complex and it's pretty poor, your money would be better spent elsewhere

What do you need to supplement?

Hello and thanks for your response.. have you any good suggestions with regard to a brand?

It rather depends what you need to supplement as I've yet to find a good brand that covers everything I need, Igennus and Pure Encapsulations are good but can be pricey and by searching around you can often make a saving

Hi Slowdragon and thanks. I'm hopefully just getting over a horrible viral infection.I've recently had two kits from Medichecks and failed both times as they only supply one size of needle which is only suitable for the arm.

As I previously had chemo my veins are somewhat frazzled so a Butterfly Needle is required for drawing from the back of my hand.

Medichecks were very understanding and re-embursed me after I'd requested a Butterfly Needle.. they apparently are only licensed for the arm friendly javelin type.

Blue Horizon do supply a BN on request so once I know I'm better again the plan is to contact them for a kit.

Only the will I be able to give you my stats on vitamins and thyroid.

So I'll be back with a report at some point all being good.

I wonder if where the links are for blood collection labs etc it may be a good idea to mention that if one has chemo veins and only draw from the hand that Medichecks are not suitable.

Just a suggestion.

Kind regards
