Dosage Amounts on Combi Therapy

Hope no one minds sharing, I started on self sourced T3 in December, adding it to my Levo. I'm due to run my first blood test on this new regime in a week on two.

I'm curious about the dosages other members who take Combi thyroid meds are on, how much T3 and T4 they take daily, and do you split doses? Thanks.

I've been on combi dosing for over a year and tried most combinations of dosing, timings and splitting up to 25mcg T3 and my happy place is 800mcg T4 per week and 15mcg T3

So I take 100mcg T4 and 15mcg every morning between 4 & 6am and twice a week add in an extra 50mcg T4 (Vencamil and Roma)

Finding the correct timings for you is as important as correct dose size 🤗

Its very much trial and error to see what works best for you Sparklingsunshine. I take 15mcg Lio daily, 10mcg a morning and 5mcg in an afternoon. Plus 75mcg Levo in the morning.

I self source T3 too and currently take 5mcg first thing in the morning with 75 mcg levo and a 2nd 5mcg dose of T3 at 5pm. My T3 is Thybon Henning and my levo is Accord.

I may tweak my levo back up to 100mcg at the end of the month when it will have been 2months since I reduced it to 75mcg, depending on blood test then.

Or maybe, increase T3 a fraction instead. I'm still searching for my sweet spot.
