As some of you know, I've been trialling T3 combo therapy. In Sept I was taking 100mcg levo and 7-10mcg lio and was told by my docs to reduce my levo to 75mcg. Tests results (all done as per SlowDragon advice) BEORE the reduction were:
TSH: 0.07 (range 0.30 - 4.20)
Free T3 5.7 (range 3.1-6.8)
Free T4: 20.5 (range 11.00 - 22.00)
As of today they are (using exactly same ranges):
TSH: 0.43
Free T3: 4.6
Free T4: 14.8
I'm feeling pretty good on this dosage...it's not easy to lose weight but mental clarity is good and the tiredness is SO much better than before I started on the combo. The results look pretty decent to me but does anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks so much.

If you're feeling pretty good I would stick with your current dosage for the next few months. If you then decide you need more, you've got room to increase your t4, maybe by 12.5mcg to 87.5mcg daily and see if it makes a difference.
I have been working hard on trying to optimise the vitamins. Haven't had any vit tests results back yet but they are a crucial part wellness improvements for me. My family is traditionally poor on B12 and D. I've been pretty rubbish at folate as well but have been supplementing them all for some time now so hoping for improvements/near optimisation when latest results come back.
