can I spit dose?

Hi, I realise I posted that. What I want to know is if i can take my daily dose split in two separate DOSAGES ie: 10pm and 6 am? I know I can split a tablet it’s the timings I would like advice for.

Yes you can.

I see what you’re saying, 2 lower dose because of the sensitivity to levo.

Most take a daily dose as the replacement needs to be taken on an empty stomach - & away from food, drinks, other medication & supplements. If you can arrange that the 2 doses isn’t an issue it the overall total.

Do you always have the same brand ? Some have issue with 1 but are better on others.

If I finish eating by 7.30pm do you think it would be ok to take the evening dose around 10.15pm? Then if I took a dose at 6am have breakfast about 7,15am?

I am splitting my daily dose into 3 parts, first thing in the morning about 9-10am, early evening about 5-6pm, and before going to bed about 0am(12pm??). Serves me better that the whole hog in the morning
