hello I have been getting a pounding heart and it went up to 96 beats for an episode last week , my doctor has reduced me from 100mg to 75 now which is helping , but I still get some palpitations, is this normal or could I reduce to 50 for a while ? My doctor said you get them when your medication is to high not low ? I do have an which is under controll , but Levothyroxine maybe aggravating it , also is anyone on bisoprolol beta blocker as I now have awful side effects from this after yrs , wondering if levothyroxine is not a good mix ?

Your doctor is wrong. You can get palps with both. And he should not have reduced your dose without doing labs - including FT3 - to see which it was.
