Saliva cortisol test: should I talk to GP?

These are the results of my recent online purchased cortisol tests. The midday one was actually just above zero, the evening just below 1 (I think). I took the morning one at 6am, as I wake up stupid early all the time, and im wondering if it was too early. I have hashimotos, and take 150 levo per day, if that helps. Also diagnosed with ME/CFS 13 years ago. Thanks all - very new here!

What are your most recent thyroid and vitamin results

As you have Hashimoto’s have you had coeliac blood test BEFORE trialing strictly gluten free diet

Do you always get same brand of levothyroxine at each prescription

Bloods should be retested 6-8 weeks after each dose change or brand change in levothyroxine

For good conversion of Ft4 (levothyroxine) we need GOOD vitamin levels

Frequently improving low Ft3 improves low cortisol

For full Thyroid evaluation you need TSH, FT4 and FT3 tested

Very important to test vitamin D, folate, ferritin and B12 at least once year minimum

What vitamin supplements are you taking

Low vitamin levels are extremely common when hypothyroid, especially with autoimmune thyroid disease

Recommended that all thyroid blood tests early morning, ideally just before 9am, only drink water between waking and test and last dose levothyroxine 24 hours before test

This gives highest TSH, lowest FT4 and most consistent results. (Patient to patient tip)
