What to do next?

Hello lovely people, I'm asking for a bit of advice with my last blood results please. All bloods done as per protacol.

July 23,, MMH, taking 75mcg Levo and 18.75mcg Lio (Tiromel)

T3 4.8 (3.1-6.8)

T4 14.8 (12-22)

THS 0.35 (0.27-4.2)

Vit D 93, Folate 14.9 and active B12 101.

Sept 23, Medichecks taking 75mcg Levo 10mcg Lio (Thybon Henning)

T3 4.62 (3.1-6.8)

T4 16.5 (12-22)

TSH 0.91 (0.27-4.2)

Vit D 120, Folate 22.66 and active B12 more than 150.

Nov 23 MMH taking 75mcg Levo ang 10mcg Lio(TH)

T3 5 (3.1-6.8)

T4 21 (12-22)

TSH 0.53 (0.27-4.2)

Vit D 91 (other results not available due to clotted sample)

I have started taking 15mcg of T3 this week before I got my results. Would it be better to drop the Levo to 50mcg and continue 15mcg Lio or drop the Lio back to 10mcg and contine on 75mcg Levo? Not had any symptoms of being over medicated, still think I've got some ways to go to feel well. Any advice would be greatfully received. Have a good day everyone and keep safe

I would stay on 15mcg T3

Consider reducing levothyroxine to 50mcg twice week and stay on 75mcg 5 days

Thank you very much for that. Think I’ll do 50mcg on weekends then (easier for me to remember!) 😂 again much appreciated 🙏
