TSH <0.01 mlU/L (0.55-4.78)

FreeT420.8 pmol/L. (11.5-22.7)

Vit B12 is 637 pg/mL (200)

Serum folate 17.00 ng/ml. (>5.50)

Ferritin 62 ng/mL (301480)

Can I have your thoughts ps. I'm currently taking Vit d spray, b12 drops and I have about 2 weeks left of folic acid tabs

Well without an FT3 we can't really say too much.

What are you currently taking? Did you remember to leave a 24 hour gap between your last dose of Levo and the blood draw?

Your FT4 is at 83% of its range but without further information o FT3 its hard to say anything.

How do you feel?

Your folate is now looking good, so once you finish the folic acid I suggest you continue to top that up to maintain where it is with a good active/methyl type B complex.

Your ferritin could be a little higher. Ferritin should be around 90 - 100 for best use of thyroid hormone. Suggest increasing iron rich foods in diet and eating them often. Chicken livers, pate, red meat etc

Thank you, I did indeed leave a 24 hour gap between last dose and blood test. I’m feeling much better than I was. I did ask Dr about FT3 after my previous test but they do not test for that! I’m currently on 125 levo ….Dr had wanted to take me down to 100 previously, I’m due a telephone appointment on Fri with her . Thx again

You need to stick to your guns and refuse a dose reduction based on TSH alone. Insist on a new test that includes FT3. Its highly unlikely to be above range anyway.
