These are the three B complex's I recommend. All contain almost identical amounts of each vitamin to Thorne's Basic B.

The main difference is the form of B6 they contain which if taken to excess can cause issues. Recommend a supplement holiday for a month or so every now and then to avoid build up.

For vit D+K2 I use the Better You 3000 mouth spray for simplicity. Its possibly cheaper to buy them separately.

It's more a case of methylation, if your body can't convert it into the usable form then you get no benefit from taking it in this form then a build up of unusable B6 which blocks uptake and upsets your liver 😟 ...
Nutrients needed for methylation include:
Folate
Vitamin B-12
Vitamin B-6 (so a good level needed to be able to methylate pyridoxine)
Choline
Riboflavin
So maybe taking a P-5-P version first?
