I've been tinkering around with Hydrocortisone and thyroid replacement for over a year now and been symptomatic for almost 4 years with low tsh and frees. I recently stopped all thyroid and HC and felt awful after around a month, so asked my GP for help (big mistake). They only do email consults and he arranged for a blood test visit (not him, haven't seen him f2f in 3 years). Anyway, after 4 vials of blood I have scant info and it's really not clear what he was testing for, I reported symptoms of extreme fatigue, postural hypotension, very low bp, and weakness on climbing stairs/anything requiring exertion. I'm now successfully supplementing low dose HRT inc testosterone which has eliminated some of my many, many symptoms from 3 years ago, but not all and I'm fairly sure that the thyroid/adrenals is where the problem lies. I'd stopped metavive I x2 and HC x 5-7.5mg per day a month before the test and biotin a week before.

Notes read out by receptionist from GP when collecting tests, 'everything is normal', well not nearly as 'normal' as I feel a week on after reintroducing 2x metavive I. My TSH at one point was suppressed when I was using metavive and I'm pleased to see that it has bounced back but not only bounced back, increased from its position of low given my FT4 and FT3 were always low. Is this a good indication and should I stop Metavive to see what my own levels eventually do? I must say I really didn't feel well on no thyroid supplement.
Any feedback welcome, many thanks.
