Hi, I have just had some test results back and would welcome any comments on what to so with my thyroid levels. I currently take 75mg and have done now for about 17 months. Also included are some other blood results.
Test taken at GP's on Saturday 17th June at 9.30 am. No medication or food.
Tsh 2.25 (0.27-4.2)
No T4 or T3 tested despite asking for it.
Serum Folate 14.4ng/ml (Should be Greater than 2.9)
Serum Ferritin 41ng/m; (13-150) Seems lower end and historically seem to around that apart from once
Serum Vitamin B12 494ng/l (Should be Greater than178)
Serum Creatinine 77 (45-84) I am at upper end
Serum Albumin 48 g/l (35-50) I am at upper end
Total white Blood count 2.8 9 (3.6-11) Low
Platelet count 157 (150-400)
GFR Filtration rate 75 ( should be greater than 90) They never comment on this?
Previous Test with Monitor my Health was done on 1/06/23 in am about 8am, No meds nor food
TSH 3.07
T4 16.9
T3 4.1
Vit D 155 n/mol
I am having an appointment with my Gp next week and with My results through GP my Tsh is 2.25 so I don't think they are going to think I should increase though my private test results shower a slightly higher Tsh and T4 and T3 which are not that high. Do you think I should push to add some 100 in my week? Say 100 x3, 75x 4 to increase T4 levels but hopefully not suppressing my Tsh.
I am sleeping pretty well notwithstanding the menopause so don't want to risk worsening sleepless nights.
My vitamin levels are in range with my Vit D being a bit high. I was taking 4000 so have skipped a couple of weeks in this weather and about to start with Vit D 3000 spray and K2 .
Also taking Magnesium, Zinc and and Selenium.
In terms of symptoms I feel my main issue is fatigue and muscle aches on doing to much. Which this week was a day in London delivering a painting.
My brian fog is pretty good unless I don't sleep.
I feel I am thirsty a lot and take electrolytes to combat being dehydtrated. I have read that high Albumin and Serum creatinine can be sign of dehydration though my levels are just in range!
Does anyone else negative effects of dehydration and thyroid symptoms?
Thanks in advance
