Fast integrated treatment solutions - HELP PLEASE ..( Imperial Private Health ?)

I need to get this thyroid + ENT stuff all sorted fast ( damaging my voice and so my reputation in a professioanl job) . so looking to raid the bank ... Has anyone used Imperial Private Health - the private arm to Imperial College Hospital London, for hyPERtyroidism and goitre + ENT issues ( LPR / silent reflux - apparently - but no stomach acid test done to prove it- only going by damage to vocal chords - now healed from an antiacid diet/ meds / lifestyle changes - but voice still bad ) may of course all be inter-related - but not currently being treated that way!!! . Keen to know experiences please?

I really want somewhere/ consultant where I can get :

- a thorough investigation and so proper diagnosis - so get full and complete blood tests asap - all thyroid + vitamins/ minerals + ano others I need eg adrenal ?? .. / as appropriate the one for the acid issue

- a consultant with a brain, the inclination and experience to take the trouble to really investigate properly - to look at my health history and test results properly - ie going beyond the NICE guidelines which seem too simple to me - am I right ? .. and getting to the bottom of things fast - not in years as seems the case for so many on this forum due to the way NHS treats this tiopic

- and if surgery is needed for the goitre - then the best person I can get !

Who are the world renowned experts in the thyroid / hypertyroidism / endrocrinologist field . I live in London so am guessing there's a fair choice here ?

Even better who do ENT as well ..... ? How do i get the specialists in two departments to talk to each other !

I see St Barts may be good - this is all NHS - so I could get a referral.

Any ideas welcome please - as I have to work and I have to be able to talk ... and this is increasingly difficult - this is the most debilitating symptom of my problem ( almost no other issues that i can't cope with - but I'd like to get back full energy - although at 64 I never know what is an illness I didn't really know I had or old age, a busy and stressful life or worry! !
