Some time ago I saw a post about Covid vaccine containing histadine, it gave two web sites, unfortnately I didn't note them thinking I would be able to find it again. I have had bad reactions to my covid vaccines and boosters, such that I didn't have the last booster, but have now been invited to the next one and want to find out more about this histadine connection. Has anyone got info on this please.

I don't think the vaccine contains histamine but is now known to provoke a mast cell response in some people that increases histamine levels beyond tolerable levels. After years of autoimmune disease our immune systems struggle and over stimulated histamine pathways risk magnifying other inflammatory reactions and the release of cytokines - a very good reason to try keeping thyroid antibodies low so as not to cross the bodies tolerance threshold.
