Thinking I have poor conversion T4-T3, looking at sourcing T3 without prescription. GP wont refer to Endo, can't afford private , spending money I haven't got to then have same problem with Endo. Last time I had a private prescription It was £ 136 for a months supply of ADHD meds. Currently concentrating on getting or tying to get vitamins sorted but want to find reputable safe source for T3. Any advice/hints and tips for way forward gratefully received. DM with details please.

try splitting levothyroxine into 4 doses, excess levothyroxine reduces t4-t3 conversion. I managed to come off t3 all together this way, Natural T4 production does not dump it all in one big dose, it’s more pulsed evenly over 24 hrs so emulating that has logic as well as an actual benefit!
