I was wondering whether it is normal for those of us with UAT/Hashimotos to have low counts on these things? Whenever I get a full test done they come back slightly low or borderline.
These are the ones I'm generally low or borderline on (since around 2012) :
Lymphocyte count - last result 0.84 10^9/L
Platelet count - lowest was 126 but it was 142 10^9/L last time
Total White Blood (this fluctuates from 3.2 to 5.4 10^9/L but is more often low)
and Mean Cell Haemoglobin level is always borderline high at 32 XE2pb or pg
My calcium is also always low - think I need to start supplementing again.
The doctors never seem bothered but they make a distracting red pattern on my spreadsheet 😅 and so was wondering whether it's just common for this condition?
TIA,
Ellie

I do supplement but have been a bit hit and miss. Since starting to participate in this forum I've been much better. These results have been over the last 10+ years.
In week before blood test, when you stop vitamin B complex, you might want to consider taking a separate methyl folate supplement and continue separate B12
I have had low white blood cells (neutrophils) and low platelets for many years. Was investigated by haematology some years ago but they concluded that this was just the way my blood was. I Also have auto immune thyroid disease. I suspect the 2 things are linked but when I underwent investigation for unusual bloods years ago I hadn’t been diagnosed as hypothyroid at that stage.
