Remaining thyroid removed Sept 2021 - thyroxine 150mcg reduced to 125 and again to 100mcg June 2022.
History of low ferritin- heavy bleeding every month due to a polyp that needs removing.
I have no breakdowns of vitamins because they’ve not been tested , and the actions after the tests are that I need a ferritin infusion and Levi increased to 125 five days a week.
Thoughts anyone - should I be concerned?
Thank you

Your results suggest iron deficiency anaemia but it looks as though this is being addressed. An iron infusion should raise your level quickly and hopefully your GP will be keeping an eye on this.
Your TSH/FT4 results are very strange, with a high TSH one would expect to see a low FT4, both of yours are high which makes one wonder if there is assay interference. There have been some strange thyroid results posted on the forum very recently where the tests have been carried out at the NHS lab at Exeter hospital (Monitor My Health) who do these tests privately for the general public. It's possible it could be a problem with just that lab but it's also possible that other labs may be affected depending on what the problem is. It would be a good idea for your GP to repeat your thyroid tests using another lab if possible, or maybe you could do a basic thyroid panel with Medichecks or Blue Horizon.
One other thought is do you take biotin or B Complex and if so did you leave this off for 3-7 days before the test?
