yes bloods taken @08.30am, last dose taken 24 hours before, I get same brand Teva, I take Vitamin D (spray), woman multi vitamins.
My T3 are capsules I usually take 2 together, however I didn’t take 24 hours before bloods.
Do you think I need an increase on meds? My hands are like ice Whilst typing this is normal for me now 😞I get bloated, headaches, itchy scalp to add to the mix and bouts of constipation.
My Endo hasn’t yet contacted me but when I previously said at start of taking t3 I felt well and now a year down my symptoms are back to struggling again, I asked if I should increase T 3 to which she replied you felt well at start some people don’t get on with it she wouldn’t consider an increase 😳
I cannot stress highly enough how important OPTIMAL vitamin levels are to get our thyroid hormone working properly. You had a response here that you haven't replied to. healthunlocked.com/thyroidu...
Suggest you test ferritin, folate, B12 & D3. Endo can do this or GP, find a helpful one to ask or private tests are available also. thyroiduk.org/help-and-supp...
Free T4 (fT4) 14.6 pmol/L (12 - 22) 26.0%
Free T3 (fT3) 4.6 pmol/L (3.1 - 6.8) 40.5%
On combination treatment to feel well many people report needing both FT3 & FT4 at around 60-70% of their ranges so your levels are not high enough yet.
Hair falling out is often down to low ferritin which is extremely common in hypo people.
