I haven't been here for quite a while. Lots going on, both healthwise and family deaths. Am currently going through yet another bout of anaemia coupled with another bout of microscopic colitis, so as you may imagine even just typing this is pretty difficult.
I found this really interesting to say the least. I feel that so many of us out there with any kinds of chronic health problems would benefit greatly from B12 injections.
Wishing everyone out there all the best.

Lovely Tracey.....she's a star. Yes it's all bonkers. I dont understand the restriction on injections, especially if patients are taught to self inject.....cheap as chips to the NHS then. I had to start injecting 4years ago.....I'm still doing it twice daily. No way I could last on a 2-3 month regime. At least a nhs neurologist agreed with the daily jabs....I just buy the other ones as can't face going back to ask for more. After four years I can sometime do just one jab per day.....but if I do that for several days I slide back & my tremors worsen.,double vision etc comes back. I dread to think what I would be like by now without them.
Very interesting Tillysnanna . I have been self-injecting since 2018 now, and what a difference it has made. Was diagnosed by symptoms at A & E, by a very wise female Doctor. Thanks for posting. Lots of information on the PA forum of HealthUnlocked.
