This is a fascinating interview and goes very deep into the link between vitamin D and the B vitamins and their effects on sleep and far beyond. Dr Stasha has done incredible work and I hope you'll enjoy it.Now, the second interview will require open mindedness and once you watched it you'll understand why I said that.

I'll look into this, thank you
I'm unlikely to make it through both vids completely because concentration is tough, but the 2nd video about 10 minutes in or so is very, very, enlightening and I will say I have heard something like this before (but not explained so well and from a slightly different angle) about supplementing with vit D. I develop deep leg cramps after taking very high doses which seemed paradoxical as my levels without supplementation are extremely low.
I came across something called The Root Cause Protocol which advises against supplementing Vit D and that made me think. I remain confused about it. It's a bit like the Iodine debate. I still supplement at a lower dose.
Thank you for posting!
It'd be very interesting to deep dive further into this subject and also touch on the VDR mutation (which I unfortunately have). When my vitamin D came back rock bottom the Dr prescribed very high dose for a week and I was told to supplement after that. I didn't feel any improvement during the long term supplementation in fact it was the opposite effect & I think it's to do with the gene mutation. I actually messaged to Sarah who did that interview and she said there would be a part two in the near future. I don't supplement, instead I eat more eggs & butter +sardines too for Omega 3. Glad you found the post interesting 🌸
Interesting videos. I admit to mainly speed-listening both for ~30 mins but the message seems to be that vit D alone is not everything. If so, that makes total sense to me - although the wealth of D data indicates a vital role.2 other points from me:
1. Dr Stasha seems to be warning against covid vaccination (before it was available, I think), at least for some immune systems. Subsequent evidence on adverse, autoimmune effects indicates she is right.
2. Cynically video 2 seems to be an opportunity to sell sunglasses by stating D supplementation only is insufficient. Im unlikely to buy the glasses (!) and here in the UK we have relatively little option but supplement. However, the presenter does reinforce that multiple nutrients are key to health and I think we'd all agree with that.
High doses of vitamin D3 (actually a hormone) are very beneficial to build healthy bones, immunity, etc and should ideally be taken with K2 to ensure it goes to the bones, etc where it belongs and not to the arteries. Kate Rheum-Bleu, researcher, wrote, ‘The Calcium Paradox’, which explains why.
Over 200 top researchers, (Prof. Michael Holick, Gareth Davies, PhD etc.), scientists and doctors, signed a statement at the outset of the pandemic recommending vitamin D - average doses of 4,000 i.u. - and even 30,000 i.u.
Foods high in K2 include meat, butter, milk, K1 is found in vegetables:

PS After reading and following advice from, ‘ The Miraculous Effects of High Doses of Vitamin D3…..’ by Jeff Bowles, a lump left from an old fracture to my collar bone in my teens, disappeared !
