I’m on 100mcg levothyroxine and have been for a long time (years)- having some issues with aching joints and sometimes brain fog (see previous post) but otherwise fairly healthy. Due a thyroid test.
I had my second child 2 years ago and have had periods the last year and a quarter following that. I can’t be sure but for something like the last 4 months my periods have been much lighter.
I’m 39 so slightly worried it’s perimenopause (already?!!) Definitely not pregnant as I took a test.
My Covid booster was a year ago so wouldn’t have thought it was that, though possibly,
just a general question really about whether thyroid dose affects periods and about menopause - is it likely to bring it on early?
Thanks in advance!

Do you have your latest thyroid blood results, with ranges? It would help people advise you if you're on the right dose at the moment.
Hypothyroid people even on treatment can suffer from low vitamin levels. If you have low vitamin levels then your thyroid hormone can't work properly. Perhaps you could get your GP to test ferritin, folate, B12 and D3 levels? When you get those done then post them up here for people to comment.
