Does anyone have a easy to read book that they would recommend …I don’t have a medical background but appreciate if I understood more about the connections of the thyroid, diabetes , cholesterol and NAFLD ..I could make some informed changes that would improve my health ..thank you

Hello Yogibo :

If you go into the Thyroid UK website - thyroiduk.org - there is a page detailing recommended books :

I have "adopted " Barry Durrant - Peatfield's - Your Thyroid and How To Keep It Healthy as my best friend in this aspect .

Durrant-Peatfield's book also available for Kindle - useful for finding things you've read and want to look up again. But if you like a real book then get it from Thyroid UK and support them.
