Help pls? So, SO tired and other things... am I under or over-medicated do you think?

Hallo all

I posted these results below recently as was baffled at how 'good' they are. My health seems to be fluctuating but the most problematic thing I have now is fatigue (again).

I struggle to fall asleep (this is quite new for me) and really struggle to be up in the morning. Once asleep I'm best if I get 10 hours straight - but this is not achievable when working!

I have a fitbit now and it shows my heart rate is quite high to begin with at night (up to 80-ish) and then drops to about 50 by the morning. My resting heart rate is a general 68.

Every day feels exhausting (no matter how much sleep I get) and I'm trying to avoid afternoon naps (can't do this at work). If I do nap, I don't drop off like I used to...I just stare at the ceiling blankly for an hour.

My feet hurt. I think I have plantar thingy - I'm using pressure socks to support and they help.

My legs hurt less now when walking (which is really good) but I have to push myself energy-wise.

I have still retained weight particularly tummy and thighs and I don't think this is shifting. Some days I feel very bloated. I'm hungry during the day but my appetite drops in the evening.

I can't work out whether or not this points to TOO MUCH Levo maybe?

These are my latest results from about 10/11 weeks or so back. All vitamins and iron etc very good. I take magnesium, D, zink, selenium and K12.

Any thoughts/experiences are welcomed please? Thank you :)

100 mg Levo

** TSH X 0.08 (Range: 0.27 - 4.2)

Free T3 5.5 (Range: 3.1 - 6.8)

Free Thyroxine 18.0 (Range: 12 - 22)

Your results look fine but some people don't improve on levothyroxine. You might feel better with a T4/T3 combination but to get T3 prescribed is difficult.

Thank you shaws . I’m puzzled why I can still feel hypo symptoms when my results are good on Levo. Does this happen to a lot of people do you know? I understand why people take combo T4 and T3 if they don’t convert well - but I do, so my assumption was that if I’m ‘optimal’ from results then I’d feel tip top.
