Iodine altered results?

Hello. Since my last post i have upped my levo slowly and am now at 100mg for 10 weeks. I just took a test and here are my results.

Tsh 10.100. (0.270-4.200)

Ft3 2.73. (2.20-4.20)

Ft4 1.09. (0.93-1.70)

Ok after feeling like rubbish i was expecting to be overmedicated and was surprised by these results. Ft3 is now only 20.78% through range

And Ft4 only. 26.50%. After dwelling on these results i came to realize i have been using iodine 2%tincture on skin lesions multiple times a day all of the time. I did stop using it 2 weeks before test because they were healed but i know i made myself hypo. My question for help is does anyone know if i stop the iodine if my thyroid will level back out or do i need to increase dose to deal with this? Does the iodine flush from your body? I am puzzled at whether to just stay at my 100mg. And retake the test in a month or so or will my numbers stay like this because i messed up by using the iodine ( i wasnt thinking!) Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated and Happy Holidays to all.
