I’m considering T3.... what are people thoughts on my latest bloods?
Would it help? I just can’t seem to make that final jump in consistent energy levels and some days I’m still very symptomatic. Others I’m fine but always terrible brain fog.
I’m continuing to supplement with B12, b complex, iron, Vit D, omega 3, selenium and zinc and while these levels have improved, there’s a way to go.

I would try improving your folate, ferritin and B12 first. Your conversion is not good, but with those vitamin levels it's not surprising. Test again again a couple of months. If your vitamin levels improve to good levels and your conversion doesn't, I'd drop levo by 25mcg and add 6.25mcg T3.
