Can I take iodine without creating a flareup?
I have started to take organic iodine 231 mcg with 200mcg Selenium.

When there is an iodine deficiency, it's recommended to consult an experienced practioner. With a level such as yours, I don't think a DIY fix is a good idea. There is no member of the forum who is a practioner experienced in iodine deficiency who could advise you on this.
