Eosinophils count

Hi all, since March I've had 3 full blood counts and each time my eosinophils are above range starting at 0.5 then 0.6 and now 0.7, I don't have asthma or allergies so does anyone know what this could mean and should I be worried?

Do you have autoimmune thyroid disease? That might raise eosinophils.

No I've had my antibodies checked 3 times and they came back clear I do have a goiter but no explanation as to why yet.

In a previous post you mention an allergy to nuts. You may have been exposed to small amounts which has registered in raised eosinophils but not a full blown systemic response. It may also be that you have other food allergies as well.

I can't see them being raised 3x in a row though when never had an issue with them before.
