I am considering supplementing with Selenium & Inositol as there have been studies that it lowers TPO antibodies and TSH. However, my TSH is 0.027 so doesn't need to be any lower so what would happen? Would it be dangerous in any way?

I have never read here that taking selenium has lowered someone's TSH. T4 to T3 conversion is selenium dependent so it may raise your FT3 level a little. Let us know what happens when you supplement.
It says the patients showed an improvement in TSH but in the article it doesn't say what they mean by improvement, is that in ratio, reduced or elevated levels? At least it says significant improvement in symptoms so can't be bad. It'll be interesting to find out what happens so let us know.
