D3 K2 and selenium

Think I’m right in thinking to take D3 at fattiest meal, is it before, during or after? Also is that a good time to take selenium? I take thyroxine 6 am.

Yes, take D3 immediately before, with or immediately after the fattiest meal of the day. Check the selenium instructions to see whether selenium should be taken before or with food.

Thanks. Just started these. Selenium is drops, nutrisorb by BioCare, the bottle is only half full!!!
